On this page we’ll learn how to play the games in Build-A-Bearville!
In the upper left corner of your screen, click the Games Icon and a list of games will display. Guide your mouse to the game you want to play and it will start for you. Click the Instructions tab at game to read the basic instructions on how to play. Click the High Scores tab to see who is on the High Scores list. When finished click Quite and your character will be back where it started.
You can also walk to the game location and play there:

If you swim through the wooden crate things, the eel will get stuck (at least temporarily).
the fairy also is a one that gets you a lot of points.
The fairy is pink and it gives the most points (500-1000) — the white dragonfly and a red butterfly are good too, but not that good. I always wait around for the fairy and the flying squirrels and can manage 4,000 to 6,000 points per game that way. The snake is worth 300 for a perfect picture
I think the unicorn is worth about 1,000 points in Photo Safari? I can’t remember exactly, but it’s a pretty good amount.
I found out how to get more points on “kick it quick”! You press the spacebar when the quick-o-meter is full and you get extra points!

Tip on the photo game: Even if they are covered by a rock or something, you can still take a photo and it won’t influence the points. It’ll give you the same amount as if there was no rock there.
Just to save everyone else some pain, if you’re playing “Run Fur the Stuffing” for a while , it will log you out “due to inactivity” and you won’t get credit for it. I don’t know if this has happened to anyone else, but I sent in a report and hopefully they’ll fix it. The longest I’ve been able to play lately is through Level 3.
And you get +12 Purformance points if you do 16 beats. 🙂
Are you sure? I’ve done over 50 beats before (I have very good memory) and never get any purformance points…

I got a response about Run Fur the Stuffing and they said they’re aware of the problem and working on it. 🙂
Whoops…submitted it too soon. The inactivity thing happened to me in that game. Maybe it’s happening with a bunch of games? But hopefully it will be fixed soon.

While I managed to get through Run Fur the Stuffing, the drum game kicked me out again v___v *sighs*
Another way that’s rarer is to wait for the wind to be strongly behind you. You might have to play several games for this to happen, though, so Freya’s way is more effective and faster … anyway, it’s much easier to knock it out of the park with strong winds at your back! Just be careful not to put the meter into the red in your excitement.
Also, if the arrow is pointing diagonal right or left (but not too far over) with the wind at about 13 mph or up and you aim in that same direction, sometimes you can get a homerun off to the side. 🙂
i Have a question for the Safari game. WHERE is the HUMMING BIRD because in the list above it says there is a humming bird and i would like to know where it is
okay freaky i had blink 182 playing(i dont like the music on buildabearville)and i was playing shake your honey and the beat was practically matching the dance moves
I actually do better on that game with the sound on mute because it doesn’t quite line up, lol.
s4d0s, are you talking about the red bird in Photo Safari? I think that’s a Robin, not a hummingbird. 🙂

I love the Picture Game I get almost all of my money from that. I go for the Pink Butterfly(fairy), Flying Squirrel, Jackalope, Red Butterfly, Dragonfly, and Dragon. When I see one of those I line up my camera and click as fast as I can and on my computer the scene will freeze so I can get great pictures but if I stop for a short time while clicking as fast as I can everything jumps back to where is it suppose to be. Even though you think the unicorn would be a lot I don’t get much for it. Money wise I usually get around 80 Bear bills.
theres a new skateboard game, you have to have a skateboard to play
i can’t play it. i am holding my skateboard but it says i don’t have a skateboard .
You have to go to the furniture store in Town Square /click on the items under the question mark, where you get the fishing pole and you will see the skateboards for the game. Buy one and it will let you play and do tricks.
It is a different skateboard not like the one you get at the clothe store. 🙂

I played the Skateboard game on challenge mode and got 30,000 something points (after I finally figured it out), but it’s not showing me on the high scores, even though it’s higher than all of the ones that are on there. Boo. 😛
Okay, I played the skateboard game but I can’t figure out what the arrows that look like they are connecting mean…does anyone know? Does it mean double tap? Hold them down when you do the next move? I like it so far…just need to figure out that arrow thingie…lol
Say you have this combination:
Down >> Up + Right
When you jump, you will tap the down arrow once, then quickly tap up and right at the same time. It means you have to do them one after another, but you have to do it quickly or your bear will fall. 🙂
When playing Bears and Pairs in single player mode, you can’t click on the cards as fast anymore (when you get the pair wrong that is). 😦
is it just me or does it seem like you get more points on the photo safari game?
yeah, i get a lot of more points in that than i do in any other game, so i play it a lot 🙂
Does anyone understand the fishing game? I can’t seem to “bag” or “cast” any fish??

Jasmine – If you cast, what happens is as soon as the bobble (the ball at the top) begins to move to the right or left, click it a few times very quickly to catch a fish. When you get full, click the booth to sell your fish.
Maybe we should make a list of what fish and items are worth? Here’s what I have so far:

did anyone notice today that the amounts you receive in the fishing game have dropped by half. What was once 30 is now 15, etc.
You’re right, momlovestocook. I just went fishing and paid attention to the amounts and they are definitely lower.
Anyone find the sand castle building at the beach? Lucus mentioned it on one of my trips in but I couldn’t find it.
I got 9 trash items on the recycling and got 45 bear bills. It’s better to play that game in a den where there aren’t many people. You can click from place to place faster and find the items quicker. Too many folks in the way block the objects.
The scavenger hunt for trash to recycle amount is based on time. The faster you find all 10 items the more bear bills you make.
I start by clicking on the map and go to each area real quick pick up the trash then use the map to go to the next area: 1) paw park, 2) neighborhood, 3) town square, 4) university, 5) skate park – nothing at the fashion district or pawforming arts center.
Then I go to 6) friendship forest park, pick up trash and walk to the right arrow and find trash at the 7) entrance 8. farm 9) cave then enter the cave and the last piece of trash is on the beach that you walk through before going to the next beach area where the hut is.
I haven’t been able to get any quicker but I make 128 bear bills that way.

I finished the fashion quest on the first try!
My advice is to start with four items and click on “done” immediately, in case one item is correct. Then start with shoes (for example) and click “done” for every option, watching the “number of items correct” count as you click. When it goes up, you know you’ve found the correct item for that category. Then do the same thing with each other category.
IF one item is correct automatically, you can do the same thing in reverse. Switch shoes (for example) and if the correct items count goes down, switch it back to the one you had before. I hope that makes sense!
I’m also a little disappointed with the items. I do LOVE the orb chair thing, but the TVs and bucket chairs are awfully small. I wish the TVs could be put on top of something else. Oh well, all my bears have new TVs now.
I’m homeschooled so i can’t get milk cartons at my school… 😦
yeah thats with me too,i guess i’ll have to ask friends to get me a code…(if they do that whatever type of milk it is at their highschools)
In the photo safari game, if you click on the greenish tree where the owl lands and the woodpecker shows up, then you get points, even if there isn’t an animal! You get about 40 bearbills every 12 pics.

Something really weird about that tree is that sometimes when I click on it when the woodpecker is on it, I don’t get any points…

There is also Bear-2-Bear Soccer in the Sportsplex building on the second floor…click on the soccer balls. It is actually quite fun. 🙂
Ok, my daughter and I have been playing Fast Paw almost nonstop (or so it feels like) for 2 days. We’ve both gotten to level 3 a few times and always seem to mess up. What is the secret to not losing your touch on that 3rd level?? Help!
The skateboard in freestyle was on glitch mode yesterday. I racked up quite a few points but the game never ended so I got no points at the end. It happened a few times. I couldn’t make him fall no matter what I tried. He just kept going back and forth and back and forth and back and forth. Anyone else find that?

ok, i’m not sure if this is new, or if it has been there forever without me noticing, so you tell me. in the top left corner of the screen is a button with a little controler on it. if oyu click it you can play any game from anywhere. how cool is that?
I just played Shake Your Honey and the animal that was dancing that is usually the animal in your backpack was an elephant. I don’t own an elephant…

there is a new game in the Pawsitively Green Center…it is called the Pawsitively Green Recycle game and you can activate the game by clicking on the recycle bin closest to the door. It has a conveyor belt with recyclables in it and the point is to sort all of them. It is kind of fun. 🙂 I got my green shirt too! 🙂 I didn’t notice the fishing giving any more points than usual…

Also, you can make a Mother’s Day Card at the coffee shop. It’s cute.
i just discovered something! right i got on to a new level of picture game and it said i got more room in my inventory!:) when i looked though there was no more room 😦

Everyone!I got a new trick for hide and seek.The best place to hide is the friendship forest cave behind the big rocks and trees.(middle)All you have to do is stay behind there while other players try to find you whilw you a dissappeared!You see them but they did not see you so click on them so they will be confused.

In the new recycling game, which bin does the pink shopping bag thing go in? I can’t figure it out. And in the FF meadow, if you click way up high above where you come in you can be completely hidden if you do it right.

Hey just wanted to post a tip I use to get 8,000-9,000 points, 200-300BB, and +8-10 Visual Arts: when playing the photo safari game, wait in the top right corner for a flying squirrel to come. When it does, take as mayn pictures of it as you can (if you don’t get all twelve in before it flies off the screen, go back to the corner; it will always come back at least once.) This is a fast and easy way to earn some Bear Bills!
