When you first sign up you will automatically be able to make friends and participate in trades! I suggest you get very familiar with the site first and avoid trading until a safe user base can be established. The site is very new and unfortunately there are users who may take advantage of the inexperienced. Click your PDA - select Options (the picture that looks like gears) - select ‘Block trades.’ I also ‘Block Whispers’ since they have come up while playing a game and they get in the way.

There’s a NEW WAY they are scamming!Even though you can only put $1000 in the trade — if they click accept multiple times really fast — it multiplies the number of clicks x the bear bills offered!
If you give someone $1000 and they click accept three times before it registers that they’ve clicked accept — it will give them $3000!
If they click LOTS of times…. well, you get the idea!
BE WARY WHEN TRADING UNTIL THIS BUG IS FIXED! There isn’t ANYTHING you can do about it if they click accept a bunch of times! (Other than email help.)
- Be sure and check this and delete what they add or just cancel the trade if you’re uncomfortable or not sure!
- Another way some members are scamming: They will say hello to you when they get into a trade. That will cause the dialog box to cover up the money portion of the trade screen. They will then ask for a weird trade and will ask for all your money. You may not see that they are asking for all the money in your account! Fortunately the dialog box has been moved during the upgrade to Beta 2.10! Be careful still
