I have developed this new format to meet the needs of our growing community, specifically a place to:

Once I build the home page website, in a fews days more, you will continue to get the most up to date frequent posts in the same format that you have been getting here on this front page, but with the advantage of lots of room to play in the forum - again, without the restrictions I have had to implement here. Most of all, I will have the help of moderators!

I have posted a super contest on the new forum with prizes that were generously provided by Buildabear Workshop Inc. and included some hot new scoop directly from them that you will not want to miss!

hi everyone!..i just wanted to tell you that don’t be fooled by ********** and ************* cause they will tell you that they would give free bears and ask for your password and tell you to be offline for a couple of minutes….but the truth is they won’t give you bears but they will get your nice stuff like rare items..please don’t be fooled cause they also did it to me…They got my money and some of my rare stuff…so please don’t be fooled with them…understand?!..and i’m still waiting for my stuff to be back.

Welcome Beta 2.15!  Take your furry friend to your condo and click on him/her!  Check them out in different rooms with different furniture and you’ll see different ‘commands’!  Click on the furniture to see what your avatar character does!

Look for a special guest at the Beach and Paulette’s Coufur!  Who is it? Where is she/he? Is there a quest? What happens when you complete the quest?!

What other changes did you notice?!

Bad News:  I was in the middle of Animal Adventures with a few Furry Friends and finished them today ~ no special gift showed up, I’ll have to email them.  I’m sure I’ll get them but now I’ll have to wait.

There seem to be issues with trading and bear mailing items.  Hold for a while until it’s resolved.  Closing your condo to others is also suggested until glitches are ironed out.

Good News:  No Animal Adventure needed when you bring a Furry Friend to life online and a welcome bear mail from ChloeRocks!

(Now no jokes about my creativity in naming my Furry Friend LOL!)  The first person to guess what ‘Bear’ it was wins a smile from me!!  The yarn ball is the wallpaper, the mask is the special item!

• May 21:  Enhanced furniture and wall hanging functionality in condos! Your Furry Friend only, for now, will be able to sit/lie on furniture. We were surprised to see that our avatar characters can sit too!  You will also be able to hang items on the wall.
• May 21: Tropical Hello Kitty will be featured as an NPC (Non Playing Character) on the Sunshine Shores Beach. Guests who complete the quest will receive a Hello Kitty footstool.

• May 23 - June 8 (or date to be announced): Special giveaway, Visit Sunshine Shores Beach and click on the Cabana to receive a prize!

June is a great month for collectors and Hello Kitty fans!

Recruiting Players for the BuildABearville Blog Bears Football Team! ~ Go Blog Bears!!!

We have enough Cheerleaders they are all listed below.

All others are invited to watch the game and have fun though!!!

If we have enough players interested we will have a friendly game with the BabvQuest Proboard followed by a picnic (Milk Rocks!) and socializing. It should be a lot of fun! Our objective is to learn about football positions, a play or two, promote blog team spirit but most of all have fun and make new friends or enhance our friendships in Build-A-Bearville.com with the BabvQuest Community!

We’ll have a few practices this weekend and maybe weeknights. Our first game might be a week from Saturday, it has to be scheduled. I am head coach and will pick positions and 1st, 2nd or 3rd string depending on how many practices attended and at random. You’ll need to buy a matching uniform from the Bear Boutique. We have enough cheerleaders but if you’re interested in playing football, sign up with the following:

1. Preferred position
2. Best day and time available for practices and game
3. BABV name
